Bandura created a system that features a scaleable messaging system and a custom patient information portal.

This Solutions Features Three Key Components

Lobby Messaging

A lobby messaging system that features all the standard components of digital signage, (time, weather, news) in addition to specialized messaging that highlights the philosophy, procedures, education and value adds that separate Spine Associates from other practices.

Patient Room Portal

A Patient Room experience that features the same customized Spines Associates messaging on a platform that converts to a virtual desktop with specialized portals to a patients EMR and Pacs records. This had to be accomplished in a HIPPA compliant environment.

iPad EMR Portal

An iPad kiosk solution to compliment the practice’s EMR partners patient portal for lobby check and medical history updating.

The Expandable Platform

Bandura worked with the marketing, operations and the head of IT to achieve all the solutions the clients requested. Bandura’s continues to work with Spine Associates to develop messaging and marketing strategies to be displayed on media system, outdoor signage and social media outlets for complete marketing cohesion.
